So, what is a home inspection?

A home inspection is a visual inspection of the structures, systems and components of a home, verifying performance at the time of the inspection.

At the conclusion of the inspection, a comprehensive written report with photo documentation will be provided within 24 hours. It is strongly recommended that the inspection purchaser accompany the inspector at the time of service.
